We loved our stay! The breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options, including Turkish delights. The staff was super accommodating and even gave us an upgrade to a spacious suite. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town.

Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Luggage storage was helpful after check-out. Room lacked view.

I could hear the noise from the alley and other guests at times, especially with the wooden floors. parking was tricky, located a bit away from the hotel, which was inconvenient for managing luggage. The staff were mostly pleasant but had varying levels of knowledge about local attractions, which I found slightly frustrating.

Some issues like old bathroom fixtures and inconsistent cleanliness in certain areas were distracting, and parking was inconveniently located a bit of a trek away, making it less than ideal with luggage.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful especially Emre who went out of his way to assist us with every little detail I needed during my stay. The food was not just good but genuinely satisfying, with a breakfast that felt like a feast each day and you could have it at any time
